Explosive Welding Production Process Of Metal Composite Plate

One: prepare before the explosion

2: Explosion site

3: Explosive welding

Padding the gap according to the process, and then placing the composite board above the gap. Spread the explosives, insert the electric detonator, and prepare to explode.
Four: post-explosion treatment
Clean the explosion-formed composite board, perform ultrasonic flaw detection, mark the unqualified part, and then repair it. After the heat treatment. The temperature of the heat treatment depends on the properties of the material.
The composite board is leveled after heat treatment, and secondary flaw detection after leveling to prevent cracking during the leveling process. Finally, the qualified composite board is cut, polished, and then the finished product is inspected, and packaged and shipped after passing the test.
