Die machining process arrangement
1. Bottom surface processing, guaranteed machining volume;
2. The casting blanks are aligned and the 2D and 3D profiles are checked;
3. Rough machining of 2D and 3D profiles, non-installation and non-working plane machining (including safety platform surface, buffer installation surface, pressure plate surface, side reference surface);
4. Before semi-finishing, the alignment of the side reference plane ensures accuracy;
5. Semi-finished 2D and 3D profile surfaces, finishing various installation working surfaces (including limit block installation surface and contact surface, insert block installation surface and back surface, punch installation surface, scrap cutter installation surface and back surface , Spring mounting surface and contact surface, various stroke-limiting working surfaces, inclined wedge mounting surface and back surface), semi-finishing various types of guide This type of steel has strict requirements from rough forging, processing to heat surfaces and guide holes, leaving a margin for finishing process reference holes and height reference surfaces, and recording data;
6. Inspection and review of processing accuracy;
7. The fitter’s setting process;
8. Before finishing, calibrate the datum plane of the process datum hole and check the remaining amount of the insert;
9. Finishing profile 2D, 3D, side punching profile and hole position, finishing process reference hole and height reference, finishing machining guide surface and guide hole;
10. Inspection and review of processing accuracy.
