Forced vibration of machining and installation points

In the process of large-scale advance cnc machining and production, those processes directly related to the transformation of raw materials into products will be called technological processes, and useful to a certain extent include the production of blanks, parts machining, heat treatment, quality inspection, and machine assembly. In order to ensure the normal production of required tools and fixtures, machine tool adjustment and maintenance, etc., are attributed to the auxiliary process.

Mechanical machining technicians need to recognize the technological process used during operation according to the quantity of their products, equipment conditions, and the actual conditions of the workers, and will write the relevant content into a process document, which is called a process specification. In order to facilitate the preparation, implementation and production organization of process regulations, the process needs to be divided into units of different levels.

Forced vibration in large-scale advance cnc machining

1. Forced vibration: Vibration directly caused by the external periodic interference force of the process system during operation. Forced vibration in machining is no different from forced vibration in general machinery. Forced vibration frequency and interference force The frequency is the same or its multiple.

2. Reasons for forced vibration: The vibration source of forced vibration comes from the internal vibration source inside the machine tool and the external vibration source from outside the machine tool. There are many external vibration sources, but they are all transmitted to the machine through the foundation, which can be isolated by adding a vibration isolation foundation.

The internal vibration sources in large-scale advance cnc machining mainly include

1.The vibration of the machine tool motor.

2.Vibration caused by unbalanced high-speed rotating parts of machine tool.

3. Vibration caused by defects of machine tool transmission mechanism, such as gear backlash, belt tension change, etc.

4.Vibration caused by impact in the cutting process.

5. Vibration caused by the inertial force of reciprocating parts.
